Brad Kraft, General Manager
Brad has more than 25 years of experience in cemetery and funeral service. His family heritage in the business, however, goes back six generation and over 150 years. He has held a number of positions as he grew into the business and managed numerous funeral and cemetery locations with great success. We are pleased and honored to have someone with so much experience in a leadership role at Floral Haven. His past experiences as a state cemetery association president and member of a state cemetery and funeral board bring with it a strong history or respect for the laws and ethics that are so important to those who place their trust in the care we provide. His wide range of experience in the business has also given him the innovative vision to continue to grow and develop our grounds, service offerings and facilities.
Brad and his wife Shelly have three sons. One is married and living in southern Indiana, and the other two are attending Indiana University. He has always been active in both the business and the greater community activities and will continue to be so in his role with Floral Haven.

Penny Martin, Office Manager
Penny joined Floral Haven in November of 2011 and came to us with over 15 years of management experience. Her role is to oversee the records department and coordinate contracts, marker orders, and keeping all of the cemetery and funeral files up to date, along with managing our onsite human resources department and accounting. She finds it a joy to work with a staff that truly cares about the families we serve.
Penny is originally from Ft. Worth, TX and has lived here for over eight years. She and her husband have two teenage boys who keep them very busy outside of work. She enjoys all sports, playing volley ball and spending time with family and friends

Kevin J. Krizak, Director of Preplanning Services
Kevin's experience in funeral service dates back to his youth when he worked on the grounds in his family's cemetery in Texas during the summers. He is the third generation of his family to devote his life to funeral service and began working in preplanning when he was just 18. He has since had experience with a variety of preplanning positions at a number of properties. His 25 years in funeral services has taught him that if you take care of the personal needs of each family, the rest will take care of it self. Kevin, and his wife Nellie, have three children and four grandchildren.

Walter Still, Managing Funeral Director.
Walter is a life-long Tulsa resident and his history of serving others dates back to working with his grandfather in the John 3:16 Mission. He has been in the Funeral Service since 1994 with a goal serving every family as if it were his own. He joined the Floral Haven family in 2002 and now serves as the managing director of the Funeral Home.
Walter is involved in a number of community organizations. He and his wife are parents of young daughter.

Keith joined Floral Haven in 2002, after a lifetime of work in construction. His team is charged with maintaining the grounds at the cemetery and handling burials, entombments and inurnments. He takes great pride in his work and is constantly studying new ways of improving their appearance. He feels that the cemetery is a direct reflection of how hard his department maintains the grounds.
Keith is married to Linda Kennedy, a Floral Haven Family Service Advisor, and they have three sons and five grandchildren.

Connie Matlock, Manager, Floral Designs with Floral Haven for 12 years, which, according to her, have been “wonderful.”
She loves meeting with families and helping them in making their choices to honor their loved ones. She feels that the flowers they choose are one of the last gifts they can give to these family members, and is passionate about her work.
Connie is married to Billy Matlock, a member of the maintenance team, and has three children and three grandchildren.

Doug Hash, Family Center Manager and Director of Crematory Operations
Doug joined Floral Haven in 1996 and have served in his current role since 1997. In addition to his varied duties at Floral Haven, he has also served as a Church Pastor for over 20 years.
Doug says it is a privilege to work with families at one of the most difficult times in their lives, whether it is handling the wishes with cremation of creating a comfortable and stress free environment for their after service gathering. His attention to detail and caring attitude makes him the perfect person to oversee both of these areas.
Doug and his wife have three children and four grandchildren.

His first role at Floral Haven was to help design the Funeral Home and establish its direction as the first Funeral Home Manager. Now, in his current role, he oversees the Grief Recovery Outreach Program, is involved in a variety of community service organizations and handles advertising and in-house publications. Steve also serves as an educator for the Grief Recovery Institute in California. At Floral Haven, he says, he has found the position of his dreams and loves the time he spends helping others.

Tim Garcia, Director Family Service
Tim has been in funeral and cemetery service, since 1990 and joined Floral Haven in October of 2011. His passion is to serve both our Floral Haven families and the community at large. Tim has been involved in a variety of community service organizations. It is Tim’s mission in life to assist families in recording the loving memories of through various types of memorialization.
