Donald Vernon Jones, 79 of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed from this life on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at his home in Broken Arrow. He was born February 6, 1942 in Columbus, Kansas to his parents, Walter Vernon Jones and Melinda Jane Andrews Jones. On February 16, 1958 he married the love of his life, Mary Swallow and they shared in over 45 years before her passing in 2003. Donald is survived by four daughters, Donna Scott and her husband Curtis of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Terrese Crider of Wichita, Kansas, Janice Collee and her husband Brent of Salem, Oregon and Kelly Gunter and her husband Mark of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; a sister-in-law, Maryann Jones of Cherokee, Kansas; nine grandchildren, Dawn Keller, Tamara Bailey, Matthew Crider and wife Shannon, Kelsey Crider and partner Damen, Lucas Gunter, Riley Gunter and fiancée Brian, Justin Collee, Hannah Collee and Shandi Collee; sixteen great-grandchildren, Muirin, Maith, Aaron, Isaac, Alex, Zach, Skye, Brentley, Mick, Maben, Ashlyn, Brooklyn, Caitlyn, Hunter, Charlie and Ben; one great-great-grandson and many friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Melinda Jones; his wife, Mary Swallow Jones and four siblings. There are no scheduled services
