Harold Gene Black, 88, resident of Durant, Oklahoma passed away September 22, 2020. Harold was born May 7, 1932 in Durant, Oklahoma to Rudolph and Irene Black. He was a devoted husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Harold was preceded in passing by his parents, Rudolph and Irene Black and his sister, Joyce Harlin. Harold is survived by his wife, Mary Irene Black; his son, Russell Black and his wife, Brenda; his granddaughter, Sydney Wood and her husband, Drew; his brothers, Ray Black and his wife, Patsy and Wayne Black and his wife, Georgiana; his sister, Nell Jones and numerous other family members and friends. The family will be having private family services. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to eyesight.org
