Willard Lee Franks, 68, of Turley, passed away on April 7, 2021 with family by his side. Will was preceded in death by his parents Willard D. and Lucille Franks. He is survived by sisters Wilda Grill and Carol Carter, one son, and numerous nieces and nephews. Will was born on November 10, 1952 in the town of Owasso. After school, he went into the welding trade. Outside of work, Will loved spending time outdoors, especially if it involved fishing. He was deeply loved and will be missed.
