Such a light in the world Mike was! His absence leaves a large hole in the hearts of so many that knew him....or even ever met him. His laugh was infectious, and he may have laughed more often than anyone I've ever met, and that's the truth. Mike, my brother and I formed our first band in High School. We only knew one song and we performed it in front a well dressed mostly elderly audience at a Country Club talent show. There were about 6 kindergartners singing cute songs way out of tune and a couple 4 yrs old ballet dancers....then somehow they let us in the show, with Mike's towering Grunge presence, me beating up the drums, and my brother Dressed in Drag break dancing (poorly) and singing "Crazy Train." for those poor grandparents. Once I realized we were probably at the "wrong gig" for our 1st (and only) performance, Mike Said"We have to play. It will be hilarious... But only we will think it's funny...then he couldn't stop laughing, taking about busting the old folks' hearing aids and scaring the children!! That's Mike for ya. That guy would find the humor in everything! Loved him as a friend in those High School days. Glad he was in my life, and very sad he's gone. Love to you and all your family, Big Mike ♥️
