Adam Taylor Bremer's Obituary
Adam Taylor Bremer, age 13, left our presence on Friday, September 2, 2016. Adam was surrounded by family and friends. Adam has proceeded his parents Mathew and Heather Bremer and brother, Zachary Bremer, age 19, grandparents, Bill and Dorothy Bremer and Raul and Jacque Orriols, great grandparents , Delma Horn and Bob and Sue Piersall, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Adam was born in Tulsa, OK on July 31, 2003 at 4:11 a.m. Adams’s beautiful deep blue eyes poured love on everyone he met. His life’s journey brought many together and opened the hearts of all he met. We are so thankful for this precious gift granted us for a significant time and season in our lives. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Thursday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. The Bremer family extends their gratitude to all the staff of The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital for their exceptional and dedicated staff who became a family to Adam and a comfort to us all through their love and care for Adam. Following the service the Bremer family will be sharing a time of fellowship with family and friends at Kingdom Reign International located at 5124 S. 95th E. Ave. Tulsa, OK 74145In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to The Children’s Center in Bethany, Oklahoma
