Alan went to work for Womack about 6 months after I did in 1988. We have seen hirings, firings, boom years, and recessions. Through it all he was a constant friend and co-worker. He had a great sense of humor and he would routinely play practical jokes on many of the ones we worked with. I will miss his stories about his killer dachshund, the rat invasion, and his soft pool, just to mention a few. He took up golf later in life and being an enthusiast myself I enjoyed coming in and comparing notes. I will truly miss him and thankful our paths came together.Doug Tankersley
