Alayziah Marie Lofton's Obituary
Alayziah Marie Lofton, 13, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away on July 29, 2025. She was born on May 13, 2012, in Sacramento, California, to Jim and Marie Lofton.
Alayziah was a bright soul with a deep love for animals of every kind. She dreamed of running her own animal rescue and dog boarding business and even held a wild and wonderful vision of raising majestic big cats like tigers and leopards. Her heart for animals mirrored the kindness she showed to people—always ready to help, always willing to come to someone’s rescue.
Known for her vibrant personality, Alayziah brought light and laughter wherever she went. She had the loudest, most contagious laugh in the family and a smile that lit up every room she entered. Her hugs were a source of comfort and healing. She loved playing basketball, exploring nature, and visiting animals whenever she could. She also had a beautiful singing voice, though she grew shy about sharing it in her later years. Above all, she cherished time spent playing with her siblings.
Alayziah is survived by her father, Jim Lofton; mother, Marie Lofton; brothers, Jim Corey Lofton, Micah Lofton, and Zaccai Lofton; sister, Anuhea Lofton; grandmothers, Donna Howard and Wanda Chamberlin; and many extended family members and friends who loved her dearly.
