Albert Leslie Hewitt's Obituary
Albert “Les” Leslie Hewitt, a resident of Broken Arrow, passed away November 3, 2017 at the age of 89. He was born August 30, 1928 to Theodore and Mary (Tompkins) Hewitt in Jennings, Oklahoma.He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Mary Hewitt; two children, Lonnie and Timothy Hewitt; one brother, Ted Hewitt; four sisters, Irma Collins, Ellen Mae Wilcox, Ruth Robinson and Peggy Pruitt.Survivors include his loving wife of 71 years, Pauline Hewitt; four children, Gary Hewitt, Marilyn Wilcox and husband, Stanley, Kathy Perez and Randy Hewitt and wife, Davina; thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; twin brother, Weslie Hewitt; sister, Madelyn Woodrell and husband, Darrel and numerous other relatives and friends.Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow.Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at First Assembly of God Church in Cleveland, Oklahoma with Pastor Dan Edens officiating. Burial will follow the service at Woodland Cemetery in Cleveland, Oklahoma.Pallbearers will be Gerald Hewitt, Hank Hewitt, Brad Standridge, Doug Hewitt, Jacob McClain and Cody Garmon.
