Albert David “Dave” Matthews, 74 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, November 10, 2023 in a Tulsa hospital. He was born on October 8, 1949 in St. Louis Missouri to his parents, Albert William Matthews and Almeda Crockett Matthews. He married Phyllis Phillips and they shared their lives together in Tulsa.
Dave is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Matthews of Tulsa, Oklahoma; four daughters, Shawn Eastburn and her husband David of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Bunny Wanenmacher and her husband Mark of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cricket Conatzer and her husband Tim of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and Felicia Keim and her husband Joe of Oologay, Oklahoma; one sister, Deborah Hall; one step-son, William Addington; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert William and Almeda Matthews; his two previous wives, Kitty and Connie; two sisters, Mary Beaver and Joanne Schoppaul; one grandson, Brandon Matthews and one step-son, Nathan Addington.
