Alberta Baker's Obituary
Alberta Baker, 100 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, January 16, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born September 22, 1920 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to her parents, Ira Albert Frost and Elizabeth Caroline Doherty Frost. She married the love of her life, Jack K. Baker and they shared in over 54 years before his passing in 1995.
Alberta is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Reeves and her husband Travis of Bixby, Oklahoma and Cindy Layman and her husband Bob of Grove, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Aaron Brashears of Washington state, Erik Brashears and his wife Liz of Texas, Jeff Pugh and his wife Tracy of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Amy Satterfield of Jenks, Oklahoma, Kim McNulty of Jenks, Oklahoma, Cindy Whitewater of Houston, Texas and Holly Marsh and her husband Lance of Grove, Oklahoma; 10 great-grandchildren, Britany Brashears, Bailey Yuchinsin and husband Anthony, Jacob Brashears, Taylor Pugh, Bradyn Satterfield, Maddy McNulty, Chloe Whitewater, Sophia Whitewater, Anna Whitewater and Case Marsh; 5 great-great-grandchildren, Kayden Long, Peyton Long, Gavin Long, Kali Rae Yuchinsin, David Yuchinsin and Angelina Brashears; and many friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Elizabeth Frost; her husband, Jack K. Baker; a daughter, Sue Baker and a brother, Jack Frost.
Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. on Monday, January 25, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Fort Gibson National Cemetery in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
