Alfaye Collier's Obituary
Collier, Alfaye, 77 passed away Tuesday February 13, 2018. She was born June 25 1940 in Sapulpa, Ok to Neva and Buck Thompson. She was a graduate of Tahlequah high school in 1958. On July 24 1971 Alfaye married the love of her life, her husband Harold Collier Sr. Alfaye retired from Hilti as a SENIOR credit rep. She spent a lot of time with the Boy Scouts of America. She was a member of the American Legion post#546 and the VFW post#577. After retiring she spent her time volunteering at St Francis south and St Johns Broken Arrow. She was a member of St Benedict Catholic Church. Alfaye loved to cook for her family and made amazing sweets. She also enjoyed camping and fishing with Harold. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy! She was preceded in death by her parents, Neva and Buck Thompson, her brothers Frank, Henry and Lester Thompson. She is survived by her husband Harold Collier Sr, of Broken Arrow. Her sons Stephen Collier of Tulsa, Harold Jr and Amanda Collier of Broken Arrow and Alex and Gina Collier of Bristow. She had 8 grandkids, Anthony, Michael, Colton, Dylan, Braton, Alexis, Cody and Bill. Funeral services are: Rosary 6:30 p.m., Sunday February 18, 2018 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Mass to be held Monday, February 19, 2018 at the St. Benedict Catholic Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at 1:00 p.m.. Interment will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
