Allan Douglas Graham's Obituary
Allan “Al” Douglas Graham passed away at age 69 on Friday, August 22nd 2014. Al was born October 25, 1944 in Trenton, MI to parents Ralph and Bessie Graham. He married Sharon Christopher in 1968. He served in the United States Army from 1968 – 1970 in an artillery battery. Al was a strong contributor to our city and state’s infrastructure with over 20 years of service as a heavy equipment operator and crew foreman. He retired from Becco Excavating in the spring 2013. Al was known for his hard working ethic and easy sense of humor that has been imbued in his family. Growing up and through the years he enjoyed being in the outdoors either fishing or hunting. He cherished being with family and friends most of all and always greeted people with what became his characteristic wave and smile.He was preceded in death by parents Ralph and Bessie Graham, brothers Ralph Lee, Bryce and sister Marilyn.Al is survived by his wife Sharon Graham of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by his children; Michael and (Cindy) Graham, Chad and (Rebecca) Graham and Lisa McCalip and six grandchildren; Megan and Melissa Graham; Hayden and Colin Graham and Dakota and Lindsey McCalip. Two sisters Carol Melton and Freda Rhyne as well as many family and friends.Services will take place at time on Day at Floral Haven Funeral Home, 6500 South 129th East Avenue Broken Arrow, OK 74012.In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to American Heart Association or Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
