Tulk, Allen D.'s Obituary
Allen Donald Tulk went to be with the Lord on April 10th, 2025.
He was born on January 1, 1933, in Miami, Florida, to Jesse Allen Tulk and Ruth Margaret Osborn Tulk.
The youngest of six children and the only son, Don enlisted in the Florida National Guard before enlisting in the Unted States Marine Corps in 1950.
While serving in the Marine Corps, Don was deployed to Korea. Don was assigned to a heavy artillery unit while stationed in Korea.
After serving in the Marine Corps, Don worked as a deep-sea diver/ammunitions specialist in the Bahamas and Aruba for one of the world's largest dredging companies. While working for the dredging company, Don learned how to operate heavy equipment.
Don married Norma Joyce Whitfield, who was the love of his life. They were married 36 years, and from this marriage, two sons were born.
Don was the owner of Don Tulk Dozer Service, an excavating company. He was also a fleet owner at Melton Truck Line.
Don was preceded in death by his loving wife of 36 years, Norma Joyce Tulk; his father, Jesse Allen Tulk; and his mother, Ruth Tulk.
Don is survived by son, Donnie Tulk and wife Lynn; son, Mark Tulk; and daughter, Debbie; grandsons, Justin Tulk and Matthew Grabau; granddaughters,Kelsie Tulk, Kalynn Dodd and Bethany Sowerby; as well as nine great-grandchildren.
