Neal, Ancal, 86, Citgo retiree, passed away on June 3, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born on March 16, 1925, to Vestal N. Neal and Bertha Williams Neal in Hartshorne, OK. He is survived by his children, Lloyd Alan and Bryan Douglas and wife, Darla; grandchildren, Adam, Julia, David and Benjamin; nieces, Lena Carol Jones and husband, Wayne, Marilyn Davis and husband, Vic, and Mickey McCrotty. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Billie Neal.
