Andrea "Annie" Lea Mihalo's Obituary
Andrea Cowan Mihalo was born October 9, 1955 in Tulsa to Andrew and Mildred Cowan. She departed this life Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Tulsa, at the age of 61 years, 4 months, and 20 days. Andrea had been a resident of Tulsa since birth.Andrea graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1973. While in High School, she was a student at Tulsa Vo-Tech and studied to be a Dental Hygienist. She also attended Tulsa Junior College. Andrea was a Ceramist at Classic Dental in Tulsa at the time of her death. She started to work for Classic Dental in 1981.On October 25, 1999, Andrea and Mark Mihalo were united in marriage in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Andrea and Mark’s many dogs and cats over the years have been their children. Andrea was such a pleasure to be around and will be missed by all who knew her. She always kept us laughing at the yearly Halloween parties that they hosted by surprising us with her whimsical costumes.She is survived by her husband Mark of Tulsa, Pokey their dog, Magic and Abigail their kitties, and relatives from Bartlesville, Broken Arrow, Bristow, Cushing, Glenpool, Owasso, Tahlequah, New York and Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents.Funeral services are scheduled for 12:30 P.M., Monday, March 6, 2017 at Floral Haven Chapel. Interment will follow at Floral Haven Cemetery.
