Andrea Ellen Shepic Bayless' Obituary
Andrea was born December 27, 1952 to Mike and Jean Shepic. Andrea was a graduate of Canyon High School and West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas. Andrea held three Master’s degrees. She is a member of the Chi Omega sorority and Oklahoma Career & Technical Association. Andrea retired from Texas schools and from Tulsa Public Schools.She taught school at Gruver High School 1976 -1988, Palo Duro High School 1988-2006 and Will Rogers High School 2006-2011. She was also the Dean of Students Discipline at Will Rogers and East Central High School 2011-2016.Andrea loved her family. She was an amazing Mom, teacher and friend. Andrea was a great artist and loved to create all kinds of crafts and scrapbooks. Art journaling was her latest passion. She was an avid Oklahoma Thunder and Texas Ranger fan. She played and coached softball while in Texas.Andrea was preceded in death by her parents.She is survived by her son, Travis Bayless and fiance Jennifer of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Grandchildren, Jace Bayless, and Teaghan Bayless; two brothers, Jeff Shepic and wife Pam of Dripping Springs, Texas and Joe Shepic of Canyon, Texas and numerous other family and dear friends.In Lieu of flowers the family asks that you make a donation in Andrea’s memory to: Clarehouse, 7616 S.
