Angelo "Angel" Torres' Obituary
Angelo “Angel” Torres, age 84, went to be with the Lord on July 29, 2015. Angel was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico on October 22, 1930 to his parents Cruz and Paubla Torres. After moving away from Puerto Rico, Angel and Juanita moved to New York City where he established a career at Sherry Netherland Hotel as a chef. He retired after 40 years of service. Angel married Juanita Cordero on February 11, 1950. He was a dedicated, hardworking provider who loved and cherished his family above all else. Angel is survived by his two daughters, Nilza Torres Silva and Elizabeth Rademakers, and his granddaughter Lindsay Rademakers. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 3, 2015 at Floral Haven Funeral Home from 12 pm to 8 pm with family to greet from 6 pm to 8 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at 12:30 pm.
