Anita Marie Conner's Obituary
Anita Marie Conner, a resident of Muskogee, passed away February 6, 2018 at the age of 72. She was born June 26, 1945 to Robert and Lorainne Conner in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She grew up with her parents, brother and sister in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She graduated from Bartlesville High School and was homemaker while her kids were young. She worked for Sneed Lang Law Firm in Tulsa and went back to college when she was older and graduated from NSU with a Bachelors Degree in Education. She worked at Hilldale High School in Muskogee for 20 years and retired in 2012. She will be missed by all that knew her and loved her.She was preceded in death by her parents, RJ “Bob” Conner and Lorainne Conner and son, Scott Alan Roderick. Survivors include her son, James Roderick and wife, Jodi; brother, Leslie Conner and wife, Patty; sister, Gayla Parks and husband, Charles “Rusty”, two granddaughters, Jordan and Jenna Roderick.Viewing will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Perry Cox.
