Anita Ann Garrett's Obituary
Anita Ann Garrett, 52 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, May 7, 2021 at her home in Tulsa. She was born May 3, 1969 in Clinton, Oklahoma to her parents, Johnny Ray Gilley and Mary Jean Clements Gilley. She married the love of her life, Alan Dale Garrett on February 20, 1999 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and they have shared in over 22 wonderful years together.
Anita is survived by her loving husband, Alan Garrett of the home; her father, John Gilley of Prue, Oklahoma; two daughters, Krystal Medina and her husband Alex of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rachael Bookout and her husband Josh of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Kinley Medina and Caleb Bookout, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her brother, Jeff Gilley of Cleveland, Oklahoma; her fur baby, Trina; and many friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jean Gilley; one grandbaby, Baby Bookout; and her fur baby companion, Ralf.
A celebration of life memorial will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, May 14, 2021 in the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Keith Cherry officiating.
