Anna Ella Blewett's Obituary
Anna Marie Blewett, of Broken Arrow Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday November 5, 2022 after a brief illness.
Anna was born March 8, 1956 in Van Nuys California. She is preceded in Death by her mother Elvira Ramirez Hyrup and Bobby Joe Rush.
Anna is survived by the love of her life, her husband Grover Edward Blewett whom she married on March 3, 1977 in Miami Oklahoma. She leaves behind her daughter Andrea Hyrup of Grants Pass Oregon and her Son Justin Blewett of Broken Arrow Oklahoma. She also leaves behind her 2 grandsons, Jason Jr Hyrup and Damien Hyrup and her granddaughter Loghan Marie Blewett , all of whom she adored.
Anna has 1 brother, Bobby Joe Rush Jr of Shady Cove Oregon and 3 sisters, Anita Hyrup and Laura Vogel both of White City Oregon and Louella Youngbauer of Lawrence Kansas.
Anna also leaves behind her son-in-law Jason Hyrup and four brother- in-laws Tom Hyrup , John Youngbauer, Ron Blewett and Harry Shafe, 4 nieces Jackie Rush, Catherine Youngbauer, Tina Avery and Cynthia Shafe and 5 nephews Bobby Rush 3rd (Bobby’s wife Joanna Rush) , Joshua Rush, Joseph Youngbauer, Bobby Blewett and Daniel Shafe, 3 sister-in laws Corena Rush, Cheryl Renfro and Michele Shafe and many great grand nieces and nephews. Her brother-in law, James Vogel preceded her in death.
Anna worked in the Restaurant Industry for most of her life and later in life, she worked in an Optical Lab. She retired in 2021.
Anna was an incredible caregiver and had a big part in helping to raise her younger siblings which they are forever grateful. She also cared for her mother in the later stages of her mother’s life, which again, her siblings are forever grateful for.
Anna was an Avid Animal Lover, she had many pets in her life including her beloved Cat, Black Beauty and her Shih Tzu, Bandit. She also loved going to the Zoo and Amusement Parks with family and friends, vacationing in Branson Mo and Kauai Hawaii with her husband Eddie.
She will be missed by all that knew her.
