Tuckie, Wanted to let you know I'm remembering Ruth and all of you during this hard time. She was just always at the bank when I'd go in there to purchase a bank money order to send in my payment for my paper route of the Daily Oklahoman oh so many, many years ago. It was always fun to see her when I'd go back for the Alumni Activities and several years ago I was so surprised to run into her at the mall here in Wichita Falls. Tuck, Vicki and family, Miss Ruth was such an extraordinary, elegant woman. I loved her dearly. She has given me so many wonderful memories of her faith in God, and love for and encouragement to others. She was such a witness for me when I attended church with her. I learned so much. Reallly my words just fail me in letting you know how much I admired her. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know that she is "precious in God's sight." her parents were my great aunt and uncle…..I have many fond memories of family gatherings and Ruth was always right there helping out in any way she could. my grand parents Joe Albert and Flora Belle Meek Dievert lived in Douglas community and I would always go to Covington with them and we always stopped by the bank or by the house to see Jimmy and Ruth and Tuck……I consider it an honor and a blessing to have had the ability to know her, her folks, along with other family members that have since stepped into heaven along the way….Ruth was so much fun to be around and I am sure she is in heaven trying to organize a game or something with the rest of them there. love and prayers to you all ……Carol Sue {Stout} McNeese
