AnnaBelle Bowen's Obituary
Annabelle Bowen, 89, passed away peacefully February 10, 2016, at home with her two cats, surrounded by family in Ventura, CA. Annabelle was born March 6, 1926 in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. She met her husband of nearly 50 years in a religion class at Tulsa University. She is survived by son, Troy (Rose) of Ventura; daughter, Mechele (Phil) of Taos, NM; grandchildren, Abbey and Nick, of Ventura; and sister, Betty Hoffman, of Tulsa. Annabelle was known for her sweet smile and quiet grace, and beauty inside and out that will be dearly missed. She loved caring for babies in the nursery and working with children at Orchard Community Church in Ventura, where she also enjoyed volunteer work. We have lost a beautiful soul, but heaven has gained a precious angel. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations in her name made to Orchard Community Church-Deacon’s Fund, 8180 Telephone Rd., Ventura, CA, 93004. Graveside service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 16, at Floral Haven Cemetery, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
