Lit a candle in memory of Annette Hightower Waters
I will forever remember my sweet cousin, Annette. She was so beautiful, with lovely red hair and gorgeous magnolia-smooth skin, but her ever-present smile and loving disposition was unforgettable. I am so glad we were able to reconnect through Facebook over the past couple of years. Her stories and uplifting posts were a blessing to me. I can only imagine the reunion being held in Heaven these past few days. Her legacy of love and Faith will live on, until we meet again in Heaven! Prayers for comfort for her family are lifted daily. May you all cling to your sweet memories of her, and rely upon the comfort only our Lord can provide. Love you all! Dianne
Annette Waters was and is one of very best friends. I love her dearly and always will. Starting last Wednesday a voice kept telling me to call Annette, same thing on Thursday and I called her that afternoon. She said I needed to talk to you so bad. She was feeling so bad she had to cut our visit short. Annette called me back on Friday afternoon to apologize for cutting our visit short the day before. I told her she never had to tell me she was sorry. The Lord Jesus Christ spoke to me and because of him I had the privilege to visit with my dear friend twice just before The Lord took her home.Annette I love you dearly and you will always be my good friend and I'll see you before to long.
Annette was a very sweet and talented lady. She was an awesome cook! Loved to eat her cooking!!! She also was a great writer. She wrote a story for Pam and I to enter a contest for St. Patrick's Day which won first place. She would write stories of her childhood on Facebook that I loved to read. I met Pam thru work about 27 years ago. It wasn't long after that when I met her family. Never once did I visit that I wasn't made to feel welcome. When I moved in my new house I needed a bed for one of the boys rooms. Not only did Annette give me the bed but all the bedding to go with it. She was just that nice of a lady. Thank you Pam and Rhonda for sharing your mom with me over the years. It was my pleasure to get to know her and I will miss her too. xoxoxo
