Tony was the beloved son of Anthony G. English, Sr., and Evelyn English (Namias). Tony met his best friend and the absolute love of his life, Russlynn “Rusti” Ann Crosby in high school. The high school sweethearts married and to this union, Tony and Russlynn were blessed with a son: Anthony G. “Trip” English III.
Tony earned his bachelor’s degree before going on to build a successful career. As the owner of A.G. English Sales Co. from 1979 to 2011, he was proud to represent Fort Knox Vaults and other gun safe manufacturers.
Tony made his home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where he formed deep connections within his community. He had a passion for fishing, sporting clays, and billiards, and he found joy in spending time with his buddies, sharing stories and laughing.
Tony was a proud member of the Oil Capital Gun Club, where for many years he orchestrated the beloved Fourth of July celebration. He was also an active participant at the Broken Arrow Senior Center, where his efforts were instrumental in establishing the billiards room, a place he enjoyed and ensured others could as well.
Tony is survived by his loving son, Anthony G. English III “Trip”, and daughter-in-law, DeDe English; his grandson, Terran English, and his wife, Heather English; and his great-granddaughter, Olivia “Liv” Tyler English.
