Shook, Ardis Earlene, 74 of Broken Arrow formerly of Tulsa passed away on June 30, 2003 in Tulsa. She was born on May 22, 1929 in Luray, Kansas to Henry and Agnes (Cobb) Markley. Ardis worked for Tom Inman Trucking as a supervisor before retiring.A funeral service will be held at Cedar Ridge Christian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma at 10:00 a.m. on July 3, 2003. Interment will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.Survived By: Children: Gary & Cindy Shook, Rita Armstrong, Debbie & Bill Miller, Grandchildren: Sherry Springer, Bryan Springer, Jamy Jo Tucker, Jason Shook, Anthony Armstrong, Gregory Armstrong, Kelly Scott, Aaron Miller and Lisa Miller. Great Grandchildren: Chelsea, Miranda, Christopher, Haylie, Andrew, Natalie, Nathan, Megan and one on the way. She was preceded in death by: her parents, husband: John Robert Shook; brother: Donald Markley and 1 grandson: David.
