Arlin Deloy Mullins' Obituary
Arlin Deloy Mullins, 80 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, March 27, 2020 in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born November 8, 1939 in Coweta, Oklahoma to his parents, Elsie Gassaway Mullins and Abner "Bud" Mullins. He married the love and joy of his life, Nancy Ruth Barnes on February 9, 1963 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and they have shared in over 57 beautiful years together.
Arlin graduated from Tulsa Central High School in 1957. He worked in the optical business for more than 45 years until his retirement in 2004.
He enjoyed woodworking and creating beautiful pieces for family and friends. His woodworking craftsmanship earned him numerous awards from the Tulsa State Fair. When a grandchild was born, he designed an unique cradle for each of them.
Arlin is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Mullins of the home; his daughter, Jennie Hentges and her husband Harlan of Edmond, Oklahoma; a sister, Betty Mullins Harp of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; three beautiful grandchildren, Grace, Will and Lane Hentges all of Edmond, Oklahoma; and a host of friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Elsie Mullins and three siblings, Bob and Don Mullins and Lavon Mullins Karstetter.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Graveside services will be private.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for everyone's safety and well-being, there may only be 10 persons in the visitation at a time.
