It is with deeply heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arnold Doyle McDowell. Arnold was born in Stinnett, Texas, on August 5, 1929, to parents Homer and Bessie McDowell. He departed this world on January 24, 2025, from his residence in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by his loving family. Arnold touched countless lives with his spirit and dedication to service. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

A public visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, located at 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
Those wishing to send flowers for the service may do so by calling Floral Designs by Floral Haven at (918) 459-1525. Independent florists may deliver arrangements directly to Floral Haven Funeral Home by 3:00 PM on Thursday, January 30, 2025, in order for them to be set out and properly displayed for Arnold's visitation in a timely manner.
A funeral service to honor and celebrate Arnold's life will take place at 3:00 PM on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, located at 6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012, with Pastor James Lacey officiating. The U.S. Army Honor Guard will be in attendance to render Military Honors in remembrance of Arnold and his service to his country.
Interment will follow at 4:00 PM, immediately after conclusion of the chapel service at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Veteran's Field of Honor, Phase III.
