Arthur "Bud" Eugene Seitzler's Obituary
Arthur “Bud” Eugene Seitzler, 73, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed into his Savior’s loving arms on September 29, 2022.
Bud was born on February 22, 1949, to Arthur and Ruby Seitzler in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
Bud will be greatly missed by his wife of over 50 years: Robyn Seitzler; daughter: Tiffany De Leon and husband Frank; son: Daniel Seitzler and wife Sabrina; mother-in-law and co-caregiver: Virginia Garber; grandchildren: Austin De Leon, Dylan De Leon, Mykala Seitzler, and Lane Seitzler; grandson-in-love: Dawson White and Cayden Lewis; sisters: Julia Reese and husband Jim, Dorothy DeVito and husband Tom; plus, a host of nieces and nephews, other family members, and dear friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Ruby Seitzler.
Bud was a proud member of the United States Air Force and had the privilege of serving in Taiwan and Greece as well as multiple locations stateside. After discharging from the Air Force, he and his family returned to Taiwan as missionaries. Most recently he was pastor at Junius Heights Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas, where he served for nearly 30 years before being bestowed with the title of Pastor Emeritus. Now he worships at the throne of God!
Bud loved his Lord, his family, baseball, traveling, and food -especially anything chocolate!
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, October 14, 2022, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
