Audean Cersandra "Sandy" Twilley's Obituary
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Sandra “Sandy” Twilley passed away on Sunday, Aug. 21 surrounded by family after a short illness. Sandra was born August 8, 1938 in Ralston, Oklahoma to Frank and Dolly Walworth, the youngest of 8 children. She graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1952. Sandra loved the Lord Jesus and was highly involved in her church First Baptist Jenks. She was also active in Jolly Citizens, the Jenks Garden Club, and helped establish the annual Jenks Herb and Plant Festival. She enjoyed traveling around America and most summers were devoted to camping with her grandchildren. She was very social and loved by many.She leaves behind her devoted husband of 44 years, Bill Twilley, sons Steve Conner and his wife Amy, Jeff Conner, Roger Twilley and his wife Shirley, Jeff Twilley and his wife Debbie, and Larry Twilley and his wife Tina; 9 grandchildren Britney Conner, Chase Conner and his wife Lisa, Correy Twilley and his wife Jennifer, Stephanie McNnabb and her husband Chris, Joey Twilley, Ethan Twilley, Brandon Twilley, David Conner, and Katrina Conner, along with 8 great-grandchildren.Visitation and viewing is Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 6-8pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, OK. A celebration of life will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the First Baptist Church Jenks, 11701 S Elm St, Jenks, OK 74037, (918) 299-6323.
