Papa was the best papa ever. Papa was very funny; telling stories about how he threw grandma in a pool, dressing up as Santa Claus at Roys, and how he was a famous person from Red Oak. My Papa was the most amazing man I have ever met. He taught me many valuable things but the most important thing he taught me and the world is love. He had a piece of all of our hearts that will now rest with him eternally. I will think of him often and visit him every chance I get. My mom said we will bring him flowers every time we visit. I am sad and very sorry that someone I so admired has passed. My deepest heartfelt condolences to Nancy, Andrea, Kristal and all his loving family. He was always so kind to me and a bright spot when I had the chance to be around him. What a great cousin. As a young man he had his shirts made at a men’s clothier in Oklahoma City. He once gave me a stack of them all laundered and starched, on hangars. Dress shirts. I was a very young man but that made a deep impression on me to dress nicely and always have my business dress shirts starched. I wanted to emulate Neal. May he rest in eternal peace.

You know our prayers are with you and all the kids. Neal is no doubt in the Alps by now enjoying the mountains. We will miss him like we have missed the both of you these last few years..We love you so very very much and know that the Lord will see you through this. He always does you know. Our hearts are heavy as we would love to wrap our arms around you about now but distance just doesn’t permit. When you have your feet on the ground give us a call and maybe we can get our chance to do that girls day. We send our love and will see you on Monday with so so many others that love you and Neal.
