Austin Taylor Hathway's Obituary
Austin Taylor Hathway went to be with our savior Jesus Christ on February 3, 2022 at the age of 12.
Austin was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Parents Jamie and Jordan Hathway. He was an active and smart child. He could have fun no matter what he was doing. He was so incredibly smart. Austin was a talented artist that could draw anything. He was tech savvy and often had to help his mom navigate her phone. Austin attended church with his dad at Highland Park Christian Church and Victory Christian Church with his mom. Austin loved the Dallas Cowboys and playing football. You could often find him playing catch with his dad. His dad would frequently take him and Bradley bowling and to play golf. Austin had his own bowling ball that he was very proud of. He enjoyed cooking and would cook meals for his family. He spent a lot of time outdoors with his mom, stepdad Thomas, and brother camping, fishing, kayaking, and riding four wheelers. When Austin wasn’t with his family, he spent a lot of time playing with other kids in the neighborhood. Austin was a car collector; his favorites are Lamborghini and Bugatti. He had a collection of toy calls, model cars, and pictures of cars. Austin’s favorite color was red and he had expensive taste. You could typically find Austin with red in his daily outfits paired with a gold or gold and diamond chain. He also liked nice shoes and name brand (Gucci) clothes.
Austin is loved and missed by so many. He touched the lives of everyone he met. Our hearts are broken but we find comfort in knowing we will see him again.
“He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds” - Psalms 147: 3
The family wishes to acknowledge the deep appreciation of the many expressions of love, concern, and kindness shown to them during this time of bereavement. May God bless you and keep you.
