Barbara Burke, age 66, a resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed from this life, surrounded by her loving family, Wednesday, January 17, 2024, in Owasso, Oklahoma. Barbara Ellen was born September 02, 1957 in Kokomo, Indiana to Franklin Delano Forehand and Patricia JoAnn (Napier) Forehand.
Barbara will be dearly missed by her daughter: Katie Smith and husband Shaun; son: Dustin Burke; grandchildren: Parker, Chandler, Jaxson, and Saylor; sister: Susie Wade and husband Lynn; brothers: Mark Forehand and friend Lori Kuntz, and Johnny Forehand and wife Lisa; father-In-Law: Curtis Burke; sister-in-law: Billie Powell; brother-in-law: Dean Burke and wife Sharon; and a host of extended family and friends.
Barbara is preceded in death by her mother: Patricia Brace and husband Ralph; father: Franklin Forehand and wife Ann; husband on November 05, 2023: David Wayne Burke; son on May 06, 2023: Jacob Daniel Burke; brother: David Forehand; and sisters: Paula Forehand and Sandra Forehand.
Visitation will be held 4:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM, Wednesday, January 24, 2024, Floral Haven Visitation Suites, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 25, 2024, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
