Barbara Giles' Obituary
Barbara Ann Giles, 81, of Tulsa passed peacefully February 13 at her residence at Bellarose Senior Living with family members at her side. She was born March 26, 1938 in Pryor to Ted and Jewel Bolinger. She is survived by sisters, Evylene Ince of Houston, Syble Atherton of Tulsa, Shirley Wheaton and husband Ron of Tulsa, Peggy Duncan and Beverly Hammock of Broken Arrow, several nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, brother T D Bolinger and sister Carline Yates. Barbara enjoyed square dancing and belonged to the Twilight Twisters Square Dance Club in Wagoner. She kept busy owning and operating the Quail Creek Apartments Complex for several years. She attended Southwood Baptist Church and particularly enjoyed her Sunday School class and participating in several church activities.
Viewing will be Sunday, February 16 from 3 -5PM and Monday from 2 -3PM.
A Funeral service will be held Monday February 17, 2020 at 3:00PM. at the Floral Haven Chapel with interment to follow at Floral Haven Cemetery.
