Barbara Dell Hall's Obituary
Barbara D. Hall passed away peacefully on March 16, 2013. She was born on November 28, 1930 to Harvey and Ruby Pogue in Stigler. She married Wm. S. Hall, her childhood sweetheart, on March 23, 1952. They made their home in Tulsa where she was a member of Boston Avenue Methodist Church. She moved to Edmond after he passed away where she attended First Christian Church and enjoyed her friends and time at Touchmark Retirement Community. Her sense of humor was a delight and remained strong to the end. She was a fan of O.U. football, the Dallas Cowboys, and of course shopping. Most of all she loved her family. She is survived by her daughter Kathleen (Frank), grandchildren Mary Jane and Geoff(Meredith); son, Steve, grandchildren Alex and Ben; sister Edwina (Jay), and sisters-in-law, Caroline and Mary Alice, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to express their gratitude for her compassionate care from Dr.’s Yerra, Raju, Anwar, and staff at Norman Specialty Hospital. Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 21 at 12:30pm in the chapel at Floral Haven, 6500 S. 129 East Ave., Broken Arrow. Any memorial donations may be made to Habit for Humanity Central Oklahoma, 5005 S. I-35 Service Rd., Oklahoma City, Ok. 73129.
