Barbara "Jo" Erwin's Obituary
Barbara “Jo” Erwin, 61, was born on April 24, 1956 and passed away peacefully on May 24, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma surrounded by loved ones. Barbara Jo was born in Tulsa on April 24, 1956. She attended high school at Will Rogers High School and, from there, joined the United States Army. She attended college at OSU. Barbara Jo is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Carder, and is survived by her mother, Barbara Johnson, brothers Gary and Russell Carder, sisters Darlene Austin and Jerri Lynn Patterson , son Jerry Lawrence, grandchild Valerie Lawrence, and 12 nieces and nephews. With her gift of willpower, she overcame difficult obstacles in life. She loved her family dearly, and she will be dearly missed.Jo’s visitation will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 3 pm – 8 pm at Floral Haven Funeral Home. A chapel service will be on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 12:30 pm in the Floral Haven Chapel.
