Belinda Jean Gerloff's Obituary
Belinda Jean Gerloff, age 71, passed from this life on April 20, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on May 19, 1954, in Wichita, Kansas. Belinda was a bright, joyful presence in the lives of all who knew her. She had a gift for making people feel seen, welcomed, and valued. Whether she was chatting with a lifelong friend or striking up a conversation with a complete stranger, she carried an ease and warmth that made connection effortless. She was, in every sense, the epitome of a people person.
She loved to travel, especially when it meant setting sail on a cruise. The open water, new places, and the thrill of adventure brought her so much happiness. But no matter where she went, she always made sure she was back in time for bingo, one of her favorite traditions. Belinda also had a deep love for music, embracing all genres and finding joy in all the different styles.
Her light, laughter, and kindness will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to share in her journey. Belinda leaves behind a legacy of love, connection, and unforgettable moments.
She is preceded in death by her parents Bobby Baker Sr. and Virgie Spicer; and her sister Beverly Tidwell. Left to cherish Belinda’s memory are her children Thomas Lacy Jr., and Janell Borrero; grandchildren Calissa French, Kiley Borrero, Kiara Borrero, Cayleigh Johnson, Caleb Johnson, Katreena Dotson, Thomas Lacy, III, and Tyler Lacy; great grandchildren Valentin Dotson; siblings Bobby Baker Jr., and Brian Baker; along with other family members and friends who will forever cherish their memories with Belinda.
A celebration of Belindas life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 11am at Floral Havens Rose Chapel.
