Bennie "Jodie" Storck's Obituary
Bennie “Jodie” Storck, 90 a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away February 27, 2018. Jodie was born March 29, 1927 in Ringling, Oklahoma to Alfred and Cora Sarratt. Jodie started her career at First National Bank & Trust (known as Chase Bank today) In 1954. She retired on March 31, 1989 as Vice President of the Loan Operations after 35 years of service. She was honored and received many awards through the years for her efforts to enhance the image of banking in the community and the Banking world. Jodie enjoyed traveling, playing bridge with friends, family reunions and could always find her playing a good hand of moon dominoes. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.Jodie is preceded in passing by her first spouse, William “Bill” S. Newkirk; second spouse, Omer E. Storck; parents, Alfred and Cora (Colson) Sarratt; brothers, Lester Sarratt and Alvin Sarratt and sister Vila Byram and nephew, David Sarratt. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, Brenda Harrelson and her husband Doug, Jimmie Fowler, Walter Sarratt and his wife Karol, JoAnn DeArmond, Ronnie Sarratt and his wife Kathy, Jaylene Belvill and her husband Larry, Linda Jones, Barbara Wharton and her husband Warren, Donnie Sarratt and his wife Kathy, Wiley Dorrough, Roger Newkirk, Lee Youngblood, Larry Youngblood, Alma Gattis, Judith Friddle, Vickie Palmer, Connie Smith, Debbie Youngblood and numerous other family members and friends.Visitation will be Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral HomeFuneral Service will be 12:30 p.m., Monday, March 5, 2018 at Floral Haven Chapel
