Bernie Larry Workman's Obituary
Workman, Bernie Larry, age 60 departed this life on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 in Tulsa. He was born on June 28, 1943 to Pearl Lorene (McCoin) and Henry Bernie Workman in Holdenville, OK. Bernie was a 1961 graduate of Okmulgee High School and a long time resident of Tulsa. He was employed by Public Service Co. of Oklahoma for 40 years and had also served in the 95th Division of the Army Reserve. Bernie was also a member of Head Turners Car Club of Okmulgee. He is preceded in death by his father: Henry Workman. Bernie is survived by his wife: Betty Darlene (Tabor) Workman of the home; mother: Pearl Workman of Okmulgee; sister: Sharon Shackelton of Okmulgee; 5 sisters- in-law; and many nieces, nephews and cousins and a multitude of friends. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 19, 2004 at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens- Shrine Of Freedom, Oklahoma.
