Bertha Mae Littlejohn's Obituary
Bertha Mae Littlejohn, a resident of Tulsa, passed away April 5, 2018 at the age of 91. She was born April 30, 1926 to James Minter and Retta (Hardman) Minter in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. She enjoyed reading and writing in her journal. She was a wonderful homemaker that loved her church and most of all singing. She mastered baking peach cobblers and baked upon request for her grandchildren and others. She was a sweet and tender hearted person that was kind to everyone.She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Davis; second husband, Phionex Littlejohn; children, Carolyn Davis, Samuel Davis, Lonnie Davis, Tony Stokes, Michael Davis and Phionex Littlejohn Jr.Survivors include her children, Jacqueline Rosemond and husband, Willie, Beverly Johnson, Ronald Davis, Larry Davis, Patricia McNeal, Belinda Epps and husband, Kevin and Christopher Littlejohn; twenty-six grandchildren and forty-three great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.Viewing will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at North Peoria Church of Christ in Tulsa with Pastor Warren Blakney, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow the service at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow.
