She is proceeded in death by her husband Floyd Carlile
3 children Kathy Smallwood, Donny Ray Howell, and Joyce Louise Schaffner
2 siblings John and Clay Jr
I've asked several grandkids things they remember and the stories started coming in, some that stick out are
Her Great Grankids remember her always saying " I Love You Infinity and Beyond" I said it first and last and I win
Her Grankids said she would say " I Love you SO SO SO Much"
And Granny would NEVER let you say Goodbye and leave without giving her a Kiss, on the lips.
She would start a lot of her stories with " I'll Tell you What"
And her Black Bean Pie, which was Raisin Pie and was Super Sweet
At Christmas everyone would gather and EVERY Year you would get a card with $5.00 inside it and a Cherry Pie
She Loved McDonalds Breakfast Burritos and Dr. Pepper
Loved Fishing and taking little kids on her electric scooter, even if you weren't her grandkids.
Loved to do Needle Work
But overall her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family and friends.
Memories In The Heart
Feel no guilt in laughter, she knows how much you care
Feel no sorrow in a smile that she's not here to share.
You cannot grieve forever, she would not want you to.
She'd hoped you can carry on, the way you always do.
So talk about the good times and the way you showed you cared
The days you spent together, all the happiness you shared.
Let the memories surround you,
A word someone may say
Will suddenly recapture a time, an hour, a day
That brings her back as clearly as though she was here
And fills you with the feelings that she is always near
For if you keep these moments, you will never be apart
And she will live forever, locked safe within your heart.
