Mom, you were such a strong and generous woman. You never left difficulty get you down, you just soldiered on because that's what needed to be done. You rarely thought of yourself and what you needed, but gave generously to those around you – even when you didn't have a lot to give. I wish we could have had more time, but most of all I wish you could have enjoyed your retirement years. After working so hard all of your life, you deserved so much more.
