Beverly Helt's Obituary
Beverly Helt, 79, Passed away in Tulsa May 8, 2020 at 7:25 pm after weeks of respiratory illness and MRSA infection. Her doctors and nurses were champions in her corner and we are so grateful to each one of them. Mom was born July 28, 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Maxine and Melvin Ozbun. She was a 79 year member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Beverly loved animals and birds. Gardening was her favorite summer past time. Watching Cops and Fox News was her favorite past time the rest of the year. Whataburger was like a 5 star restaurant for her.
Mom was preceded in death by her parents, brother ( Ronny Ozbun) and her husband James Helt (JC) Beverly is survived by her two children Dusty Young of Owasso, Ok and Donna McDannold of Tulsa, Ok. She has 6 grandchildren whom she loved very much. Misti Marquette of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, Micah Marquette of Broken Arrow, Samantha Marquette of Chicago, Brandi Young of Broken Arrow, Angela Seitz of Owasso and Adam Seitz of Owasso. She also had 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Floral Haven in Broken Arrow on Thursday May 14 at 1230. Due to COVD19 restrictions the service is limited in number.
