Beverly Ann McNabb's Obituary
Beverly Ann McNabb, 67, of Broken Arrow, died Sunday, February 16, 2014. She was born to the late Raymond and Dorothy Whiteis, November 30, 1946, in Tulsa, Ok. Beverly graduated from Webster High School in 1965 and later received an Associates of Applied Science from Tulsa Junior College. She lived in Tulsa and Broken Arrow for most of her adult life. Beverly was an executive assistant for State Farm Insurance Company until she retired in 2009. Beverly was a long time member of the Red Fork Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. Beverly was passionate about reading and was a lifelong student, loving the opportunity to learn something new. She loved playing the piano, Christmas, and making her world renowned sausage balls and deviled eggs for family occasions. She lived the example of laughing through adversity and looking on the bright side of the challenges we experience throughout life. Beverly is survived by her children Debbie Madewell, Dena Wiseman, Angela King, Dawn Box, Steve Bradshaw, and James McNabb, Jr; her sister and brother-in-law, Vivian and Jim Whitehurst; her niece, Cynthia King; and her nephew, Bill Whitehurst; and 14 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Dorothy Whiteis and her daughter, Christina Bradshaw. Beverly’s service will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 10am at the Floral Haven Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Leukemia Foundation of America.
