Billie Jo Hutchins Hayes' Obituary
Billie Jo Hutchins Hayes, 86 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed peacefully from this life on Friday, March 26, 2021 with two of her daughters by her side. She was born December 27, 1934 in Vian, Oklahoma to her parents, Jack L. Speck and Verna Belle Spencer Speck. She married her beloved, Kenneth Hayes, October 1, 1992. Ken preceded her in death in June of 2015.
Billie is survived by four daughters, Debbie Pope and her husband Ron of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sonja Barto and her husband Steve of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kimberly Gibson of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Anne Westfield and her husband Ty of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one step-daughter, Barbara Ellis and her husband John of Visalia, California; one sister, Evelyn Painter of Tulsa, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Matt Ballard, Justin Ballard, Katie Sylvester, Stephanie Barto, Rachel Vandevander, Megan Brawdy, Hannah Westfield, Beau Westfield and Gracie Westfield; two stepgrandsons, Fred Hayes of Tulsa, Oklahoma and James Meese of Frisco, Texas and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack L. Speck and Verna Spencer Speck; her husband Kenneth Hayes; five siblings, including her twin sister Bobbie Wooten in 2013.
Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Floral Haven's Rose Chapel. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
