She was born July 8, 1944 in Banning, California to Ollie Wesley & Eunice Inez (Welchel) Williams.Billie is survived by Children, Donna Jean Howell and her husband Phillip, Nancy Ellen Hurst, Malinda Renee Farmer & her husband James Bias; Grandchildren, Chris Chronister, Lesley Clark, Dustin Howell and his wife Haley, Shawn Mills, and Cody Farmer; Great Grandchildren, Colton Douglas Spunaugle, Madelyn Lee Clark, Cameron Christopher Siemens, Christopher Dewayne Chronister jr, Rhett Jameson Paul Howell, McKenzie Rea Shanea Howell; Brother, Miles Williams and his wife Peggy; Sister, Carole Cathcart and her husband JimBillie was preceded in death by her husband Robert, parents, Ollie Wesley and Eunice Inez; sister, Barbara; Great Grandchildren, Jon Paul Phillips and Samantha Lynn Hurst.No services are scheduled at this time.
