Billie Louise Turner's Obituary
Billie Louise Turner, 93, of Tulsa, OK, passed away from this life on Friday, June 20th, 2022, in a Tulsa hospital. Billie was born on August 20, 1928, in Earlsboro, Oklahoma to Fred Palmer and Agnus (Brown) Palmer. Billie married the love of her life Wilbor Turner on June 24, 1955 in Tulsa, OK.
Billie is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Carolyn Applegate, sister Maryland Palmer, brothers, Patrick Palmer, David Palmer and John Palmer.
Billie is survived by her son Mark Turner, son Ron Turner and wife Cathy, daughter Sandra Vines, brothers Dan Palmer, Garland Palmer, Jim Palmer, and sister Catherine Palmer.
Graveside Services will be held Thursday, June 23, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jacob Bice officiating. Services are under the direction of Floral Haven Funeral Home.
