Billie Charlene Wing, age 95, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed from this life Tuesday, January 27, 2026, surrounded by her family in Tulsa. Billie was born September 24, 1930, to William and Ruby (Brown) Hood in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. Billie will be dearly missed by her granddaughter, who took loving care of her, and her sons and their respective families.
