Billy Ray Cochran, 73, resident of Chouteau, Oklahoma passed away May 6, 2020. Ray was born October 4, 1946 in Coweta, Oklahoma to Jack and Aline Cochran. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
Celebration of Life will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Blue Bill Point Recreation Area in Chouteau, Oklahoma.
