Dr. Hutchins was a physician in the OBGYN Field. He is survived by his wife Lenora Maxine Hutchins, son William F. Hutchins Jr., daughters Carol Jones, Christie Smith, stepddaughter Sue Masterson, five grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. No services are planned.
